Internship Preferences
An internship is one of the great benefits of the Act One Producing & Entertainment Executive Program. Most students elect to participate in internships during the summer. However, the internship is optional. If you choose to be placed in an internship, candidates are expected to intern a minimum of 20-30 hours a week for eight weeks -- that’s in addition to class time and assignments (6-10 hours per week). All internships are unpaid, and students are expected to cover their own meals and travel. Those who already have a full-time job may opt-out of the internship.
