Liz Suggs is a writer, producer, director and award-winning lyricist. Her musicals and songs have played at Lincoln Center, the Kennedy Center, Disney, Netflix, symphonies throughout the country and on the PBS TV Series Musicals in the Making. She wrote on multiple seasons of Matt Groening and Josh Weinstein’s Netflix series, Disenchantment, also writing, directing, producing and editing songs for the show. She’s written comedy and drama TV shows and features for Hulu, Disney, Netflix, DreamWorks, and BritBox. Liz worked for Aaron Sorkin on HBO’s The Newsroom, Jason Katims on NBC’s Parenthood, and Ava DuVernay on the TV adaptation of the best-selling book series Wings of Fire.
